Susanna Clarke and Neil Gaiman in conversation about “The Ladies of Grace Adieu”

As the title says, Neil Gaiman asks Susanna Clarke question about her 2006 short story collection, Ladies of Grace Adieu, during an Observer Blackwells talk at the Bloomsbury theatre.  This was good for getting me in a writerly state of mind, so I wanted to archive the link.  You can stream or download.  Here’s Clarke’s Wikipedia entry.

  1. Gaiman is one of my all time favorites. I have only been able to find a few more that can closely relate to his writings. One such author is David Dent of Alex Webster and The Gods. A lively and joyful updating of mythology.
